Attorney Masahiko Sumida ran away from my kidnapping case against the mother of my child 4 weeks before Kyoto Family Court hearings.  But he sent me a bill of 1 M Yen just before I reported the case to the French Embassy.

Additional Information

A web search for Mr. Sumida turns up English listings in databases, but no homepage.  Only an odd email address ailaw@nisiq.net which itself has no homepage, but hosts a variety of other homepages on many non-law topics.  Searches in Japanese turn up even less.  So here is some additional information to help identify him.
