Summoned by a Japanese court, but refused by Immigration

1. I entered Japan and attended two International Trade Fairs one at Tokyo other at Osaka vide Visa No 014915 issued from Japan Embassy Pak, April 19.1995, extended from Japan no E 1903 up to July 6-1995.

2. I married Satoko Kamba with in the visa valid period, and reconfirmed by the Japan Municipal Bureau.

3. Because my Father in law was sick so I stayed over with the consent of my wife. After his death I and my wife decided to get the legal advice about immigration. We both went to Immigration, one Immigration Lady Office advised me to leave Japan for one year after which Japan Law will allow your legal stay with your family. After less than one year of overstaying, I reported to the Immigration as per their instruction, so I returned reporting my self with my wife, who saw me off ,with the understanding to meet after one year.

4. My wife kept me well informed that she was pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy, named Mitsuyoshi Kamba. She sent me photographs regularly about the development for about two years.

 5. When she came dis-hearted, this I could not understand until when I requested a Pakistani, who has a Japanese wife to enquire about the change in the behavior of my wife, as I am not well in Japanese Language, Though we had telephonic talks several times, but it was shocking when my friend told that perhaps she has affair with another partner.

I received a summons of divorce from the Yokohama District Civil court, and replied by registered mail.

The Japanese embassy granted me a visa, twice, to go to court as requested, but I was refused entry at the airport, both times.

6. My worry is the future of my child, you have seen the picture, he should  know that he has legal birth having father and mother, otherwise, he may be frustrated, in my opinion, when he will became a young man.

WHEN FATHER IS NOT INTRODUCED EVEN NOT TOLD ABOUT HIM, IT POINT OUTS THE NEW CHOICE OF PARTNER. I WISH TO EXPLAIN ALL ABOUT IN THE COURT OF JUSTICE ,WHO HAVE GIVEN ME CHANCE TWICE TO APPEAR BUT IMMIGRATION HAS PERHAPS MORE POWERS THAN THE JAPANESE COURTS.
